Where are my items made and shipped from?
Our products are printed and fulfilled through Printify’s network of print providers. Depending on the product and your location, your order may ship from a facility in the United States or from an international facility.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping, except when an item arrives defective or damaged. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the next steps.
How do I find my size?
Each product page includes a sizing guide. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing your measurements with the size chart before ordering, since sizing can vary slightly between styles.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders move into production quickly, so cancellations or changes can only be accommodated within 15 minutes of purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need help with an order.
My order arrived damaged or defective. What should I do?
We’re sorry about that. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. If the issue is confirmed, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
